Though all these items, and activities are included... you may not wish to run full speed through your vacation. Your itinerary is fairly flexible while visiting with us. You're more than welcome to kick back poolside, and enjoy the ocean views as much as you like. Truth be told... it can be a very long day to fit in 2 yoga sessions, one surf mission, 3 meals, and another side activity. If you're motivated we'll rally along side with you, and have a blast. If you want to take a laid back approach, we're cool with that too.

Nicaragua's Premier Surf and Yoga Retreat. Ama Vida Retreat is located in the peaceful countryside of Nicaragua's Southern Pacific coastline. We offer all inclusive Surfing and Yoga Retreats as well as hosting a variety of other activities for our guests to enjoy. Our Yoga Retreat is a very personal experience as we only host a maximum of 10 people per group.
